CUI’15 Modern Planning Problems Conference event, the third one of which will be held by DAKAM (Eastern Mediterranean Academic Research Center) this year from November 19 to November 21 aims to address the situation of rethinking and setting up the city.
The conference bringing together in previous years many academicians, critics and architects, becomes a platform where various current urban research and theories are presented and assessed by a capable science committee.
CUI’15 where this year, in addition to numerous concepts, specifically the concept of “informality” will be discussed, will host as speakers Colin McFarlane, known for his work in the field of informality; activist and radio programmer Cihan Uzunçarşılı Baysal; from French Development Agency, Murat Ülker; from European Union delegation, Transportation Sector Director Göktuğ Kara; from Doppelmayr, Johannes Fiedler; from TCDD Ishak Kocabıyık and from Urban Regional Planners Chamber Akif Burak Atlar.
