The artist Seçkin Pirim created a work for Sanayi 313. “Unusual Moments’ Monument” is being exhibited at the entrance of the space located inside the Istanbul Auto/Industry District. Unusual Moments’ Monument is based on good neighborhood relations, friendship and conversations between Pirim and Sanayi 313 team. Sanayi 313 team says: “We started off with red. It was contrasting the monochrome presence of Sanayi 313. We decided upon plates. They were reflecting the essence of the Auto/Industry Site which we love and reside in. It was important to connect the pieces for we already connected our ideas together… Red plates were installed through a long night at Sanayi 313. With all its glory, Unusual Moments’ Monument stands on the exact place where it’s supposed to be, as if it now symbolizes our friendship.On behalf of the shared experiences between Seçkin Pirim and Sanayi 313…” The assemblage of the work that is recorded by Murathan Özbek and Veysel Değertekin can soon be watched on the Sanayi 313 website.
