Final days in applying for the Gallipoli Campaign Research Center National Architecture Project Contest organized by the Çanakkale Governorate; the application calendar ends on May 11 and the acceptance of consignments sent by mail ends on May 14.
In the contest, the results of which will be announced by a colloquium to be organized on May 23, the jury is composed of Aydan Volkan (Jury Chairman), Arda İnceoğlu, Kerem Piker, Mustafa Haluk Zelef and Özgür Başar. The contest subject is the design of the Gallipoli Campaign Research Center, complete with landscaping, over a contest area of approximately 36,000 m².
The “Gallipoli Campaign Research Center National Architecture Project Competition” is intended to reveal economic, unique and qualified architectural approaches, functional and innovative solutions, to determine the project and the project-owners displaying a nature-friendly, sustainable, contemporary understanding of the environment, to encourage fine arts, to develop related professions, to reinforce professional ethics values and to create an environment that allows participants to acquire international competition capacity.
