Standing out as one of the latest projects of İskenderun,Altınvadi Residences rise from 22,500 sqm of area in Nardüzü. Initiated its services in December 2016, the structure is comprised of 420 apartments in 3 blocks with 25 stories and various recreational facilities. Fourteen types of apartments are presented in the project aiming at different users and different size families. Plannings are made in a wide variety of options ranging from 2+1 to 6+2 flats and square meters are determined between 85 sqm and 325 sqm. During the design process of the project, the end users of İskenderun, their habits and sociocultural structures are prioritized. On top of small families, the interiors of the project are designed in a way that large families could comfortably carry out their routine activities and easily welcome their guests. As for the design pattern, it is created through a reinterpretation of the classical style with a modern insight. While the criteria of comfort and functionality oriented the details, a simple outlook is envisioned throughout the project. Altınvadi recreational facilities embody a fitness section for the users, a spa area consisting of a Turkish Bath and sauna, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and an extensive kindergarden where children can spend quality time while their families enjoy various activities in the facilities.
