The essential focal point for this apartment designed within the scope of the Pruva 34 project was to create a special interior identity by uprising the standards. Interior design and decoration of the project was planned as luxurious as possible with high standards and low profile through the demands of the client. Latest technology equipments and carefully selected architectural details developed the design of the project. Even though the project was designed as a sample flat, the “real flat”
strategy that also coincides with the perspective of the client was one of the main reasons which paved the way for completing the generated studies with success. In general terms, the effect of warm and lively spaces was integrated with the comfort of an hotel and its details.Coming to the fore with its location as well, the project is generally consisting of apartments with large square meters and duplex houses. Creating a design that coincides with the customer profile was extremely important in accordance with its sea view-location and area selection.Therefore the segment of brands and products included in the project are high-end and the details of the project are meticulously implemented.
Large square meters, wide terraces and balconies with sea views are the other elements adding value to the project.Furniture selections and decoration details stand out as the elements that are as important as the fixed furniture designs.
Many custom-made furnitures,rugs, bedding items, household linens and oil paintings are specially
designed and used in the project. Accessories besides the custom-made products are also selected from the equivalent brands of the project segment.Technologial equipments are worth mentioning among the other elements that add value to the project. Being one of these elements and used between the foyer and hall, photovoltaic glass is included in the details for ensuring transparency in-between spaces.
Whole apartment is designed over a specific theme and color arrangement.Shades of beige, rich brown colors, bronze details and burnt orange colors are drawn together and created a sophisticated energy throughout the space. Along with special pattern designs of wood floorings and qualified marble selections, the project also touches the very essence of nature.
