Structure Innovation Center (YİM) is organizing the “BIM Symposium for Construction Project Management” in cooperation with Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering at Boğaziçi University Albert Long Hall on March 12.
The symposium gives a significant opportunity to architects, engineers and other employees in the construction sector about the BIM topic which is becoming increasingly widespread in implementation processes and started to appear in construction project specifications. It aims to inform participants about the usage of Structure Data Modeling (BIM) in design and implementation processes of construction project management. The symposium will be hosting presentations from academicians such as Prof. Beliz Özorhan and Prof. Zafer Öztürk from Boğaziçi University and Prof. Ümit Işıdağ from Mimar Sinan University. It will further include presentations of representatives from the leading companies of the sector such as Autodesk, xPM, TAV Construction, Tekfen Construction, İGA Airports Constsruction to brief participants about BIM implementations in current projects.
