Naz Balkaya and Emily Demetriou’s Panicattack Duo’s exhibition and performance series “We are not alone: Panicattack Duo Retrospective, 2054” is the first series of post-pandemic works by the duo, who seek the path of feminine knowledge and marginalized practices and believe that this is the solution to their problems. In addition to live performances, the performative exhibition includes paintings, sculptures, mixed media works, and an installation of video and sound. The entire installation, which comes to life with the performances, chronologically exhibits the fictional works of the duo throughout their artistic careers, while also revealing the political and historical events of the period.
