MODERN INTERIORS IN TURKEY SYMPOSIUM
The
Docomomo Turkish National Working Group and Interior Committee will be hosting
the DOCOMOMO_Modern Interiors in Turkey Symposium on June 8 and 9, 2020.
Symposium organizers are calling on all researchers to come forth with projects
and studies that focus on modern interiors in Turkey, dwellings, public spaces
(e.g. educational, mass transit, commercial, health, entertainment, and recreation
facilities, etc.), the plastic arts, cinema (including Turkish cinema),
literature, history writing, and research methods. Anyone wishing to
participate in the event has until April 15, 2020 to submit both a short
(150-word) as well an extended (350 word) abstract outlining their topic of
choice to docomomo.icmekan2020@ozyegin.edu.tr.
