The Egeli House in Zekeriyaköy, whose interior design was designed by Pozitif Mimarlık, offers a luxurious modern style living space in the middle of nature with 400 sqm usage area. The main request of the owners of this detached house, was to have a charming and functional living room with modern luxury decoration. Extension of the living room into the garden and also enlargement of the windows was the main idea of the renovation. As a result of that idea, it was possible to feel the garden inside the house and enjoy the beauty of nature much more. The living room is divided into 4 regions. A dining area for 10 -12 people, a sitting area where you can enjoy the warmth of the gorgeous fireplace, a second sitting area for watching TV and a small corner for enjoying drinks or books facing the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Materials such as black and white marble at the floor of the entrance and dining area, wall claddings with white lacquer surface and shiny metal frames are the interior features which are used to emphasize the modern luxury atmosphere. The stairs of a helicoidal form are supporting this atmosphere with its successful combination of the shiny high-tech railing with natural dark wood flooring. This balance in combining materials can be observed in various features in this house. A special separation made of metal framed mirrors is designed to create a TV area which gives a little privacy to family while watching TV.
A very attractive semi-precious stone is chosen for the marble cladding of the fireplace. This facade and bookcases designed for both sides of the fireplace give a gorgeous impression here. This luxury modern decoration can also be seen in guest WC with its marble flooring and natural themed trendy wallpaper. Washbasin cabinet made of lacquered wood and shiny metals is designed to fit this atmosphere. Also, the bathroom in parents suit is decorated with shiny black marble and “piano black” lacquer furniture items.
