We gathered the fine examples of the natural stone usage in hotels in compliance with the summer issue of Natura. We scrutinized the usage of materials in Cennet & Açanthus Barut Hotel in Side and newly operating Elexus Casino projects executed by the Artmim Hotel Design Group that is specialized both in hotels and natural stone usage.
Artmim performs design and implementations elaborating to the compliance with the terms of service, through prioritizing the contemporary lines in spaces and observing the concept of the hotel. Emphasizing on the location, concept and function of the hotel, the group execute designs that gives priority to their function.

Cennet & Açanthus Barut Hotel Artmim Hotel Design Group
Natural stones and simplicity are prioritized in the project. It is endeavored to create a living and functional space; the standard or the work is raised through special details. A traditional feeling of home is created in the rooms unlike any ordinary style. Inventive artistic works can be found throughout the hotel. Upon the request of the investor, a modern hotel having the feel of the Mediterranen with a higher standard among its alternatives in the region is created.
Sandblasted travertine with natural textures are predominantly implemented throughout the hotel. Apart from that, various natural stones are used especially in the common spaces; Kemalpaşa White, Smoked Marble and Azul Macaubas are just some of these. As for the rooms, Volakas and Light Serpeggiante are preferred.
Elexus Casino

This project is developed through the idea of creating a rich, elegant and qualified image that complies with the modern lines of the hotel. The expectation of the client from the architect was a casino with particular and stylish design. In this direction, impressive accents that create difference in terms of lines and materials are endeavored to be designed. Goldmine crystals are prioritized. In the meantime, all the details and restrictions are taken into account through a functional aspect.
Toros Black, Yellow Gold and White Onyx are used in the project. An advanced and elegant atmosphere is conceived in the entrance and interiors of the casino. Apart from the black and yellow gold marbles that are used within a special pattern on the floor, backlighted white Onyx is used on the walls.
