Organizing by the Department of Interior Architecture of Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts in 2016, the 5th Symposium of Interior Architecture is being carried to the international platform. The Symposium of Interior Architecture will be held between April 26-29 at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts Sedad Hakkı Eldem Auditorium with the theme, “Innovative Approaches in Spatial Design”.
Started in 2008, the Symposiums of Interior Architecture is held in an international platform for the first time this year. Presupposition to provide efficiency in interior architecture design is without a doubt the connections established with different disciplines. The necessity to benefit from the collaborations between different disciplines, is an undeniable fact in every field that enables transformations through reforming life and in the progression of creativity. As D. N. Perkins emphasized before, “The possibility for an innovation increases when different disciplines meet”. The 5th Symposium of Interior Architecture also aims to constitute a platform to pave the way for innovations for interior architectural design.
