AŞHAN HEAD OFFICE

The one-storied management office with a rectangular planning in Istanbul Maslak was designed by Gönye Project Design to be used as the headquarters of the company. The management of the company, who wanted to move their offices to a more centralized location in Istanbul, aimed to work in an office that will make business life more enjoyable and productive with their colleagues. Comfort and maximum use of daylight were the important criteria of the design process in the Office Project which includes VIP zones where the company owners can host their special guests. At this point, the reception area at the entrance of the office is positioned at an angle in the planning and it is aimed to reach the maximum level of daylight to the circulation areas and the working areas in the middle of the office. While the VIP zone and work areas are separated from each other by a transparent glass separator design with wooden poles, this bar area, which was designed as a resting and freelance working zone for the staff also transparently separated the two spaces.
The dark natural stone with a matt surface used on the floor in the Project was combined with laminated wooden parquet and also it combined with dark-polished wooden coating and wallpapers with a special texture on the walls. While the special lightings used on the floor and the wall emphasizing the effect of the dark color, a calm and harmonious work environment was provided with use of lighted and special veined light colored natural stone materials. All mechanical installations were planned in the circulation areas in order to use the height that makes the working environment spacious. The wooden ceiling design in the executive rooms was combined with the wall coverings, thereby creating a wider area for mechanical installations.
It was aimed to create a more energetic atmosphere with the effect of orange color, which is the corporate color of the company used in open office spaces.
