During “Fuorisalone” that was held in Milan between April 8 – 14, 2019, Aldo Cibic presented works that it has recently completed in
collaboration with Cibicworkshop in an exhibition carried out in Savona 18 Suites. The interiors of the hotel have been permanently redecorated
with furnishings and fittings designed by Cibic, while various drawings, photographs and installations have also been exhibited for this special
exhibition. The visitors of this meticulously planned exhibition found the opportunity to learn about the artistic skill and sensitivity of the
designer who focused on the concept of “aesthetics of vitality”.
The existing architectural elements and interior spaces of Savona 18 Suites present a natural backdrop that is enriched with additional pieces
on display. This environment is home to a special story that is narrated through various images, forms, colors and functions. This “fluid” story,
featuring various references and dialogues between different sequential eras and genres, took place in four different interior spaces (the
reception hall, the lobby, the Petit Café and the Garden 18 area)…
