IMIB MEMBER METEK STONE (NASSAR GROUP AGENT) APPLIED 30,000 M² NATURAL STONE IN THE PROJECT REALIZED IN INDIA
A fter more than 4 years of planning, designing and building, the seaside resort opened its doors to the public. Designed by renowned local architect Chandrasektar, the resort has a typical Goan feel of time gone past, with many original old Banyan trees that were carefully maintained throughout construction and lush gardens creating this little oasis by the sea.
Intaran landscape designers from Bali have to be credited for working the original vegetation of the site as much as possible into the overall landscape concept creating a feel as if the resort has been there for ages, contrary to many other resorts being developed having that new feel with small trees fresh from the nursery.
The interiors, style fully designed by GAD International from London, complement the overall feel of the resort as a peaceful and tranquil Goan retreat away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. It is no surprise that natural stones give the natural look perfectly with the ambience of this Goan Palace retreat.
While the hotel design started many years ago, like all responsible hotel chains, Hyatt and owner DB Hospitality prefered to apply natural stones to reach the natural look and relaxing ambiance.
